Despite the record number of homes going into foreclosure and needing to be sold, desperate people are not asking realtors to cut their commissions to help soften the bottom line, they appear to be giving them a bigger chunk of the sale, according to two articles. Then there is the bad news of falling home prices, as well as one article that say Bay Area prices won’t fall, and then another article with charts and graphs showing the fall. Inman News is reporting on lenders trying to do the right thing, and Congress appears to be trying to help the little guy (or regulate an out-of-control lending industry) in an article on the SF Chron.
