All Over the Map in Richmond

3112 Groom Drive, Richmond: 4 bedrooms/2 baths, 1,165 sq ft, $399,000, open Sunday 2-4. Also in the Hilltop Mall area. Oh, the mall also has a 24 Hour Fitness, so if you’re a gym bunny, that could be a benefit as well.

85 Crystal Cove Court, Richmond: 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, 1,575 sq ft, $614,000. Open Sunday 2-4. On a cul-de-sac right near the Bay and the Bay Trail, this house is my favorite house color (gray) and has all kinds o’ cool amenities, including a wood-burning fireplace.

2412 Carlson Boulevard, Richmond: 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, 1,078, $410,000. Open Sunday 2-4. Okay, guys, this looks like a genuine good deal. It’s right on the El Cerrito border, near the Cerrito Theater, the El Cerrito Natural Grocery, the El Cerrito Shopping Center and the freeway. If you’re looking for a fixer-upper (ad says “needs TLC”) in a great neighborhood, this could be the ticket.
