Merry, Merry Merimont
I see that there is a new home development in San Bruno called Merimont. Built by SummerHill Homes, this development is comprised of 70 single family homes with three to five bedrooms and 2000+ square feet and is located near the intersection of Oakmont and Evergreen. There are three exterior architectural styles to choose from and all homes are two story with two-car garage and come with the front yard landscaped. Interior amenities include ten-foot ceilings on the first floor, kitchen with granite counters and higher-end appliances, CAT-5 wiring, and optional upgrades such as jetted tub in master bath, crown molding, security system, and A/C.
As is common these days, SummerHill Homes has included a neighborhood park in this development with play structures, BBQs and picnic facilities. The homes are located near the beach, golf, BART, and Highway 280.
Pricing is in the low $1,000,000s, which may be a difficult sell. While these homes are nice, new and larger, they are the largest and most expensive on the market in that neighborhood at this time. Also available in the immediate vicinity:
