New Listings in Pittsburg/Bay Point

Here’s a selection of Pittsburg properties that look really nice, pointing up that just because an area is having a bit of a hard time overall doesn’t mean individual properties aren’t attractive. Redfin Blogger Tracey Taylor made this point from the opposite direction earlier today, highlighting a foreclosure in a very nice neighborhood, upper Rockridge, in Alameda County. As always, just remember to scope out the neighborhoods so you know what you’re getting into. (Photo: Jeff Sandquist on flickr.)
