As far as two distinct markets: it&#039;s something to look into; I will do some research. Do you think that homes have a lower turnover rate in Redwood Hts. than other Oakland neighborhoods? I know that for my area east of the Lake, most homes are occupied by young, working class families who are there for the long-haul so not many homes go up for sale. 		<description>That&#039;s quite interesting...  When i search for homes for sale in oakland between 800 and 900k, that are at least 3 bed/2 bath, i get only a dozen for sale.  The best one is 4328 Anderson Ave, of course.  
It would be nice to see a graph of # of houses for sale in each 50k increment of asking price.  Does it look like there are two distinct markets?
As a seller, i have to say that it was hard to price our house with so little neighborhood (Redwood Hts) data since last summer.  Especially because our house is bigger and more updated than typical for our neighborhood.  So, we&#039;ll see how it goes!</description>
