		<description>I&#039;ll have to find out if there are numbers on total units. I&#039;d imagine that total housing units for a city would include apartments, duplexes, etc., which don&#039;t figure into SFR and condos. Difficult nut to crack, so to speak. As for the average sales per city per month, that would be helpful. I will try to include that next time around. If anyone has ideas where to find that particular nugget of information, do let me know.</description>

		<description>This is interesting, but would be way more powerful if it had the total number of housing units per town and then a % of total on the market.  That would give a bit of an idea.  Another way to give context would be to have the average sales per town per month, so we could get an idea of months of inventory.</description>
