The town of Sunnyvale is one of the safest cities in the United States, is centrally located to just about everything in the Silicon Valley, and is just full of great restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores. If I were young and single, this FSBO 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo would be the first place I would look!
It is a third floor unit with a balcony that faces south, which is not only great for Feng Shui, but also for sunshine. The location near the corner of Wolfe Rd and El Camino Real means that it is walking distance to a miniature golf course, Safeway, a beauty supply store, a video rental shop – and one of my favorite Indian restaurants as well as Marie Callendars.
It is 1082 square feet – not large, but liveable for a young couple or single. It also features one underground parking space.
