Recent Home Sales in Santa Clara
A slightly longer list of home sales was found in this weeks San Jose Mercury News for the centrally located town of Santa Clara – once again, Rivermark properties dominated the higher end of the pricing curve.
This may mean the overall price point is low enough for bargain hunters to be snatching up good deals, or it may mean that lowered interest rates are having an effect on home buying at long last – at least in one section of Silicon Valley.
