A $1MM+ Price Reduction

Yep – that is right.  Take another $1 million+ off the price of this house.  That’s like giving you a free median priced Marin house.  With this Tuscan Villa, more than 10% was knocked off.  Not surprisingly, this home is located at 324 Palm Ave in Kentfield, one of Marin’s more pricey neighborhoods.  The 10% discount is a nice attraction – if you have a $10MM budget for a house. 

Seems like this super high end home is having a tough time.  It’s been on the market for over a year and first asked just shy of $13 million about the same time last year.  Now, at $9,750,000 – that’s an overall 30% discount.  Too bad there weren’t any homes in my price range that were offering these kind of sales.  For those with money to burn, this may be an attractive deal – 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 8,100SF on over 1 acre.  For those like me – I can only dream either for a house like this or a similar price drop in my budget.
