Lesser known areas of Oakland, Albany and El Cerrito have much to offer in the way of recreational amenities, community lifestyle and commuter convenience. We have two hillside properties in El Cerrito with spectacular San Francisco Bay views. One is a single family house undergoing a significant remodel and the other is an adjacent buildable lot. The updated three bedroom and three bath home will be ready mid April.
