		<description>Jason Sardi and I teamed up to hold this writing challenge on ActiveRain, a real estate network, in an effort to better educate the public about mortgages. Our hope is to encourage more engaging forms of presenting this typically dry topic. The final judging hasn&#039;t yet taken place, but suffice it to say that Mike&#039;s haiku series is one of the most creative entries to date. He already towers above most of his peers with his engaging and informative style. Why can&#039;t mortgages be fun??</description>
