Time to Relandscape?

I know I’ve been thinking about it. In fact, I gave it so much thought that in December I dug out my folder of magazine and newspaper clippings on landscaping. I keep folders on ideas, furniture, design, and products that I hope to use some day—you know, the hopes and dreams kind of things like a Turbo Chef oven. That day has come for my front yard. You know what they say about curb appeal, and my suburban rancher could use some. My nephew has drawn up plans, which we will be implementing this spring, but I will be supplementing those ideas, and no doubt getting more, at the San Francisco Flower and Garden Show, being held March 12-16 at the Cow Palace.

Topics include: Getting Started on a New Landscape, Creating a Butterfly Garden, Small Scale Plants with Big Impact, Small Gardens Designed for People, Sustainable Artistic Habitats, Energy Wise Landscaping, and The Secret Gardens of Ireland, among others.
