Tri-Valley Update: Move to Livermore, Swim in a Great Pool

In the Tri-Valley area, Livermore is seeing the largest inventory but also the greatest sales. If the area’s new construction, ample open spaces and parkland aren’t enough to tempt you to move to the Tri-Valley, how about its indoor recreation? Take Livermore’s Community Center for example. I was eating dinner recently with friends of mine from Brooklyn, New York. After driving down from the Pacific Northwest, the couple was staying with family members in Livermore. My friend’s partner, an avid swimmer, sang the praises of the Livermore public pool: “It’s huge! Like an Olympic sized pool! And it’s clean and beautiful! In Brooklyn I have to go to a public pool the size of your closet.” There. From the mouth of a Brooklynite. A public pool to die for in Livermore. ‘Nuff said.
