$1 Million Plus Homes Selling Quickly in Marin
No doubt Marin is one of the more wealthy and expensive counties in the bay. And this week a number of $1 million plus homes went on in contract – all within 2 weeks of coming onto the market. This is sign that 1) money is still not an issue in Marin 2) those who have a large budget don’t seem to be affected by the mortgage crunch and 3) the market for high priced homes seems alive and well in Marin.
