I nearly fell over in a dead faint when I saw the kitchen of the 9th Avenue Inner Sunset fixer above. As you and many of the regulars on this blog doubtless recall, I've whined many times here about my own fixer and its problems. I always figured some crazed crackhead renter painted my kitchen counter when buzzed out of his skull, because no sane manufacturer would create a counter in that bizarre shade of green. But, lo! Here it is, in someone else's kitchen. How anyone lived to be 100 while having to look at that counter every day is beyond me. David!
