Recent recorded sales in the Tri-Valley include this contemporary construction home at 5627 Springvale Dr. (featured at right) List Price: $824,900 Sale Price: $718,000 4bd 2192 SF. It is the most expensive property sold in this Dublin grouping but judging from its sales history was a short sale as it sold for $776,572 just this past October and sold for a whopping $928,000 in August of 2005. In Livemore, 739 Mayview Way, a 3bd/2ba rancher with 1519 SF built in 1965 was listed at $479,950 and ultimately sold for $456,000. In the meantime, Pleasanton has recorded 14 sales in this weeks edition of SFGate, including this light-filled, 2bd/2.5ba Pleasanton townhome at 5574 Baldwin Way asked $519,000 and got $500,000.
