I dropped by the estate sale yesterday, and overheard that a son in the family bought the home, and the team running the sale didn't think it would come on the market. Anyone know anything about the listing on Claremont - 2820 if memory serves, between Avalon & Tanglewood, for a list of over $2mil? Last week it had a Bebe Mcrae/Grubbco Coming Soon sign out front, but the sign is down now. Wonder if sellers changed their mind, or if it got bought even before making an official debut?
