The quickest way to access that data would be direct through the MLS, I&#039;m guessing... but since I am not a realtor (and only realtors have direct access to MLS) I would have to use a variety of sources to figure out which listings are multi-families. 

The condos of course would show up on Redfin so we could find out that way for those units.

Still, even if the the under $400k sales are a lot of condos, its still an increase from winter.</description>

		<description>Some of those million+ listings are actually multi-unit buildings (and conversely, some of the under $400K listings are condo units)--might be interesting to look at the patterns just for SFR or just for condo/TIC sales, if the data is marked in a way that allows that.</description>
