I liked the Harbor View house and would bid if it were to reduce by 50k or so. 590k is still overpriced compared to others on the market, such as the one for 519k om Madeline (clean, updated, big updated yard), or the Arizona house above which now dropped.

The Madeline house looks perfect to us except we were concerned about the neighbor who parks his giant truck right outside the bedroom. That’s not an issue as long as it’s quiet but we’ve been awakened too many times by similar trucks idling 20 minutes on cold mornings…

4010 Brown used to be a FSBO. It’s a cute place, updated for the most part and has a spot to finish a small 1 car garage.

However, it’s a bit small for a 3/2, and the “third bedroom” is really small, and looks like it used to really have been a dining room, with a door with glass panes separating it from the dining area. Maybe useful as an office or nursery, but not for a kid older than 5 probably. The second bedroom is fine though, and a suprising amount of closet space for an older house. Also has nice views.

If you’re looking for a 2+/2, though, I liked it.
