But it does straddle both, as you point out in the posting, making it very walkable for both Rockridge and Elmwood. Not a surprise that research has shown that 'hoods built before 1950 encourage walking and people in them are less obese. I agree with your prediction on 6468. The condo's problem is the living quarters downstairs are just too small, as it doesn't have a separate dining room and the living area is quite "cozy".
