Lederhosen and Local Market Data

We had another Red Carpet Event in San Francisco last night. This time so many people registered early that we had to move the venue from Redfin’s San Francisco office to Schroeder’s German Restaurant, where lederhosen are not only tolerated, but loved.

About 75 people packed the place for sausage and our home-buying class, including fresh data on market prices, short sales, foreclosures and tips on negotiating. For those of you who missed it, you can get the slides here (large file).

We’re did this in the Silicon Valley in June, and we’ll do it again in August. Next time it’ll be at the office, not at Schroeder’s, and we’ll have pizza and beer for you. You can find out more and RSVP on our site.
