		<description>If they build homes there I&#039;m sure it&#039;s going to be ridiculously expensive, even though it&#039;s next to a trailer park and some other sketchy areas of RWC.   That area  is already mainly industrial with the Seaport business park so maybe it&#039;s better to leave it alone.</description>
