Just seems like a great place to live that is affordable. Everyone who has moved there has loved it. Tons of amenities, an amazing outdoor area, great prices, and condos in the $150s, you're only looking at about a $1,300 monthly mortgage, including the homeowner's fee with no money down. That's the same as rent essentially. 25 and 63 Marina Lakes sold for 153,750 and 162,000, so these can be had for even cheaper. I have been looking at Marina Bay for a while.
