I have to agree. The pictures looked wonderful, and it is a new structure with all the attendant “earthquake proofing.” But when I saw the aerial, I was sadly disappointed.

Let’s see … so I am going to shell out a cool 5 mill for three streets to surround my property, with perhaps the busiest street in the entire Marina district on one side? This is going to sit for a while.

I’m actually keeping track of all the Monday Mansions (I save all the photos). I probably can’t afford such homes anyway, but it serves as a good reference when planning a remodel.

Sujit: I do apologize about the broken link – it has been repaired. I am normally very faithful about posting between 7 and 9 but I woke up with a serious cold and swollen throat and just needed to stay in bed a bit longer, which necessitated the later post.
