		<description>This is an impossible list in the bay area. Even the nicest neighborhoods in the east bay (Alamo, Orinda, Lafayette) has crappy houses with some remodeled and others complete junkpiles. Many people do not take care of their yards. For the life of me, I cannot understand how these areas can command the prices.</description>

		<description>For Cupertino, part of the home price difference can be attributed to the high school. I think you will find that homes in the Montevista and Lynbrook jurisdiction have higher values than the other cupertino high schools</description>
