Recent Sales in West San Jose
West San Jose borders Cupertino on one side – making it a highly desirable area in which to live, especially if zoned in the prestigious Cupertino school district. Traditionally, homes in this area didn’t move much. Friday’s San Jose Mercury News listing of recent sales showed quite an impressive list of homes sold in this area. Very few of these appear to be bank owned sales, and my guess is that the owners have decided to use the down market to upgrade.
