Add in the extra 500 sf detached room and workshop and you probably can kick it up $100k. Even the whole 1900 at $622/sf $1,180,800. I'll try and keep tabs on this one to see what it sells for. With original owners, and probably a lot of equity, there is a lot of room to negotiate. But I really did love this neighborhood, the homes, the proximity to 25th Ave, 92, Hillsdale, schools. The interior photos are so bad and grainy, its hard to see what might have been done overall. However, the listing says that the home is being sold by the original owner (1946), so it could not have sold in 2003. Maybe some sort of remodel caused a re-assessment?
