I am glad to see that this blog isn’t dead after the layoffs at Redfin. I was getting worried after a week with no postings. For me, I could do without the Mansion Mondays–out of my price range. I think a better post type might be Deal of the Day type for different neighborhoods around the Bay.

personally, I will be happy never to see anything about mansions again, pretty irrelevant and quite annoying. Nor do I think $699,000 is anywhere near “reasonable”. I suppose I am coming from a different planet, non-Bay Area planet, that is.
