I am a former contract blogger for Sweet Digs here. Glad to see it continue in some form...

I always question the actual use of validity of data such as price reductions, sale price as % of list price, etc. The MLS is too easily manipulated and this runs rampant.

Many agents I see using ziprealty and redfin tracking just pull a listing off the MLS and then repost at a &quot;new&quot; listing with a new DOM of zero. It isn&#039;t everyone, but it definitely is a significant number.

What that translates to is that these numbers you show should actually be even worse!
