		<description>Great charts but you need to explain why they cities listed have the least discount. These are the most depressed markets around the bay area where we are seeing the most Short Sales and REO&#039;s.  The banks are already setting exceptionally low prices and the market and buyers understands this. The cities with the most discount are still pretty healthy in comparison and we see few Short Sales and even fewer REO&#039;s there.  Therefore they can hold prices and demand more.  Add in that some, if not all of these cities, have outstanding schools and demand is there.</description>
