If the agent is representing a private owner, I would think it&#039;s very difficult to sell the home to a reletive or friend without the owner knowing it was never marketed. I&#039;ve never heard of that happening at my company, Pacific Union. If somehow the property got an offer so quickly, most owners think they can get a higher price by letting lots of buyer seeing it through open houses, print, and online marketing.</description>
