No, floorplan has been very family friendly! Normal routine maintenance and minor interior/exterior updates for decorating have been completed.

Great Room…which invites family friends to gather and socialize.
Most Romantic Spot:
Can be sitting in the secluded garden courtyard with a fine glass of wine and good company.

We love going to the Starbucks on Washington St. which is just few blocks from the house.

· This house would be perfect for a professor/student working/attending Santa Clara University because it’s just a short 10 minutes walk to campus. CalTrain station is just across the street from campus and would be ideal for any professional who prefer to not sit in traffic and having to spend more than $4/gal on gas.
· Lush professional landscaping in the front and rear with large lawn areas, Japanese maples, lovely rose bushes, and many other flowering shrubs and fruit trees
· Spacious patio offers a quiet retreat for outdoor entertaining
· Bright and airy formal dining room has huge window with views of lush rear garden
· Huge eat-in country kitchen with sweeping countertops, abundant storage and views of lush landscaping

Our favorite room in the house is the huge and bright eat-in country kitchen. It offers a great place to cook and entertain a crowd of friends. It has sweeping countertops, abundant storage, and views of lush landscaping.
Has there been any remodeling since you purchased the home?:
We had couple of major updates to the house. We installed a new roof, central heat/AC, dual-pane windows, water softener system, and water heater.
Most romantic spot in the home or neighborhood:
The open living room/formal dining room is a great space to relax in front of a cozy wood burning fireplace. You can recline on the sofa, listen to the calming sound of wind chimes outside on the front porch, and look out the huge dining room window to watch leaves on the Japanese maple dancing with the breeze.
What’s in the neighborhood?:
This house is located in historic “Old Quad” neighborhood, filled with Craftsmans and Victorians. It would be perfect for a professor/student working/attending Santa Clara University because it’s just a short 10 minutes walk to campus. CalTrain station is just across the street from campus and would be ideal for any professional who prefer to not sit in traffic and having to spend more than $4/gal on gas.

Come by and see this completely updated home on a beautiful and quiet cul-de-sac. Our favorite room has to be the living room, it’s an amazing space and is pre-wired for a home theater system! The kitchen comes in a close second, with brand new premium appliances and a warm, inviting feel. We love how family friendly the neighborhood is and will miss our wonderful neighbors!
