Redfin is working on getting someone to cover the DC areas as soon as possible. Having said that, anyone interested in AU Park in NW DC should look it up in the Washington Post. A couple of articles have covered the area pretty well. There are frequently houses for sale there, and for the moment the market is holding tight, so if you find something you like, don't wait too long. Also, take note that the size of lots varies greatly from street to street.
