Loudoun County Price Reductions, Townhouse Edition

There weren’t too many price reductions from which to pick this week. One thing I noticed was an uptick in the number of townhomes priced in the $200s. While that’s not great news for some sellers, it is welcome news for buyers (especially those first-timers). It’s also good news for the market, because townhouse turnover is crucial to increasing single family sales.
