For anyone who loves this neighborhood and wants to live there (as opposed to buying an investment opportunity) then I still stand on the idea that this is a rare find worth exploring (assuming they have several hundred thousand more to spend on immediate and future renovations, obviously.) In my view, Kalorama will always be in demand over the long term, even if we are in a rocky period now.
