		<description>Thanks. September was actually a pretty good month from what I can tell in terms of contracts, but it appears we have entered the typically slow fall/winter market. Inventory is way down from last year, which is definitely a good thing; but from looking at recent sales records, that is at least partially due to some properties going under bank ownership. It&#039;s hard to tell how much of the recent slowdown is due to normal seasonal activity and how much is due to the economic free-fall we&#039;re experiencing. I did recently read an article saying that Loudoun has remained relatively untouched by recent financial events, so let&#039;s cross our fingers that we can continue on that path.
