		<description>I always thought the health of a real estate market was determined by month&#039;s supply on the market. As of November&#039;s MRIS report on the District - the District, not the DC area - there was an 11 month supply of homes and condos in the District. That doesn&#039;t sound like a robust market when a 6 months supply is defined as a stable market.</description>
