But 500k? Is a seller dilusional? or just in denial? 1) Lets assume thatwe are in normal employment and housing market and average appreciation rate b/w 3-4% since last "pre bubble" sale, then the price should be 250k 2) OK. Lets say all sellers are delusioanl or in denail and this is what buyers will have to deals wtith.
